Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the KJuffali Elevators mobile application, published by Khalid Juffali Elevators & Escalators Co.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to m.alsheikh@kjuffali.com with the subject line “Account deletion request – KJuffali Elevators”.
  2. Include the username you use to sign in to the app, and the email address or phone number registered on the account, so we can verify the request comes from the account holder.
  3. We will contact you using the details on the account to confirm the request.
  4. Once confirmed, we delete the account and complete the deletion described below within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

There is no charge for this request. You may withdraw it at any time before deletion is carried out. If we cannot verify that you own the account, we will not delete it.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we permanently delete:

What is kept, and for how long

Some records are maintenance and safety documentation for physical elevator and escalator equipment. We are required to retain these under our maintenance contracts and under applicable safety regulations, so they are not deleted with your account. They are separated from your identity as described above.

If you want a service record removed as well as your account, say so in your email. We will remove anything we are not contractually or legally required to keep, and we will tell you specifically what we must retain and why.
